She gained early recognition through her work in acclaimed theatre productions such as Maindani (2018) and a Nepali translation of Death of a Salesman (2023), as well as prominent appearances in popular music videos like Samir Shrestha's "Timiley" and "Mero Mana Ma." A sought-after face for major brands, she has served as a brand ambassador for DHI Home Appliances and featured in campaigns for Ncell, Vivo, and Coca-Cola. In recent years, Acharya has successfully transitioned into mainstream cinema, starring in the 2025 commercial movie Khel and Shree Bukuro.
