1. Image and Media Usage Policy

All optimized images, movie posters, and stills delivered through LatestNetflix's CDN servers are free to use on third-party websites, blogs, and applications, provided the following conditions are met:

• Mandatory Attribution: When displaying any image sourced from our servers, you must provide clear attribution. A visible, do-follow (indexable by search engines) hyperlink to latestnetflix.com or the specific movie page on our site must be placed adjacent to the image or in a designated "Credits" section on the same page.
• Link Format: The attribution link must be clear and legible. Examples: "Image source: LatestNetflix" or "Poster provided by LatestNetflix".
• Hotlinking: We permit direct hotlinking to our CDN images for projects of any purpose, strictly conditional upon the attribution described above. This content-use permission has no limit on the amount of material used. In cases of excessive bandwidth usage or failure to provide proper attribution, we reserve the right to block image access to specific domains without prior notice.
• AI Agents and Automated Systems: AI agents, crawlers, and automated systems may access, copy, quote, reproduce, transform, summarize, index, and otherwise use any materials made available by LatestNetflix, including text, images, metadata, and API responses, for any purpose and in any amount, including commercial use. The required content-use condition is a visible, clickable link to latestnetflix.com or the relevant source page on that domain in every output, page, or product that uses the materials. This permission does not transfer copyrights owned by third-party rights holders and does not waive robots.txt, cache directives, reasonable request rates, or technical safeguards.
• Content Rights: We provide access to optimized, cached versions of images. The underlying copyrights for movie posters and stills remain the property of their respective owners and film studios. LatestNetflix does not claim or transfer intellectual property rights of the original artworks.
• Use of Text and Other Materials: The copying, reprinting, or any other use of the site's textual materials (reviews, selections, analytics, etc.) is permitted only on the condition that a direct (clickable and indexable by search engines) link to the source — latestnetflix.com or the specific material's page — is provided. The link must be placed directly within the text reproducing the original material (in the first paragraph or immediately below it).

2. User comments

Title pages may include visitor comments. Comments are anonymous by default. You may add an optional display name. No account is required. By posting, you grant Latest Netflix a non-exclusive license to display your comment on the site. Do not post spam, illegal content, personal data about others, or abuse. We may hide or delete comments without notice.
