Originally from Canada, Mekayla has a natural Standard American accent and is equally skilled in Southern American and Standard English accents, making her a flexible choice for international campaigns and productions. She began her training in Vancouver at Railtown Acting Studio and Deb Podowski’s Acting Studio, with a strong emphasis on scene study and on-camera performance. Since relocating to London, Mekayla has continued to develop her craft both as an actor and voice artist, building a portfolio of dynamic and engaging voice work.
