Biography

Heitmann initially worked as a camera assistant for film and television. In 2002 Heitmann founded the with Alex Kiening, Ingo Georgi and Daniel Lwowski Catapult film production, which produces music videos, advertising and TV series. He directed, among other things, music videos for the Scorpions, Rammstein, creator, Rose pride, No Angels, K.I.Z, Guano Apes, Oomph!, Genetics, Bro’Sis, The Kelly Family, Tic Tac Toe, Jan Delay, Jeanette Biedermann, Lou Bega, In Extremo, Fler, Peter Heppner, Paul van Dyk, Power club, The dead pants and Sarah Connor. Heitmann works for advertising Coca-Cola, Casio and Porsche. Heitmann also shot Trailer for the television stations Sat.1 and premiere. Together with Rainer Matsutani he directed the television series Spides. Joern Heitmann lives in Berlin. (from wikipedia)
