Spring Mayhem Ryogoku 2026 was a professional wrestling event promoted by Pro Wrestling NOAH, held on May 2, 2026, at Ryōgoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan. In the main event, Yoshiki Inamura defended the GHC Heavyweight Championship against the recently arrived Shane Haste. The show also featured several "All-Out Battle" matches pitting members of Los Tranquilos de Japón and Team 2000X against each other.
