A Breath of Fresh Air

Salvo Macaluso operates a pizzeria named Il Gelso in Milan while facing mounting debts. His daughter Emma is away in the Netherlands, and his son Enzo aspires to be a music producer. After receiving a writ of execution, Salvo attends a birthday party for bank manager Dario, offering an expensive watch in the hope of securing leniency for his loan.
